Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® Lessons are 100% customized for you. Your practitioner will first spend time understanding your history and your concerns and they will devise an experience that is entirely catered to your needs and your safety. Private ABM®NM® Lessons can happen in person or remotely via a platform like Zoom.

ABM®NM® Lessons are conducted while the student is fully clothed in their own, non-restrictive, clothes.

Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® practitioners like Phoebe MacRae are able to work with adult clients on a number of levels and in a variety of positions. From lying down on a raised table or on the floor, sitting in a chair or on the table, or in standing the practice can be equally effective in addressing the causes of your pain.

Something that might surprise you about an ABM®NM® lesson

Most people who seek help for their pain know exactly where they are feeling it! The pain can be chronic, acute, throbbing, or radiating and it seems to come from one distinct place or area.

Our mechanical understanding of the world leads seek a solution where we see/feel the problem.

If you have Plantar Fasciitis in your foot, surely you would find the solution to the stabbing, throbbing, sharp pain in your heel by working with the foot, right?

Well, in a Brilliant Movement lesson, Phoebe understands that humans do not function like a mechanical system.

Though your pain may have initially been a result of a car accident, repetitive strain, a fall or surgery the pain you are experiencing longer term is often a result of the way that you are processing or not processing information from your senses.

Your pain is perpetuated by HOW you are using your body.

Step #3. Decide on the number of Movement Lessons that will make the most difference

  • Commit to a SERIES of lessons to Up-grade your nervous system
