In a Brilliant Movement Lesson for Adults I use slow, gentle movement to invite and guide your nervous system to new levels of mental and physical flexibility.

I use my hands and/or my words to guide you out of chronic pain and anxiety,  with natural movement that creates new brain connections.

Lessons are individually designed for your comfort and safety and address your specific concern.

Lessons take place on a treatment table, on a mat on the floor, in a chair or in standing position.

Students are fully clothed in their own non-restrictive clothing.

Using specific physical movement, touch, and verbal communication, Phoebe MacRae creates opportunities for your brain and nervous system to upgrade naturally which leads to pain reduction, clarity of thought, upgrade in physical functions and greater joy in life.
